
The following requirements are suggested to make sure that Bruce's presentation and your event are a complete success. If these items are not available please make sure we are aware of this at the time of booking.
Electronic Presentations
Most of Bruce's presentations have a powerpoint visual to accompany them. Equipment required are a computer projector, projector screen, and if possible a laptop running the latest version of Microsoft Powerpoint. If these items are not available please let us know as soon as possible so other arrangements may be made. Some presentation for youth may also include music. A sound system or access through a sound system may also be required.
Microphones
Although Bruce is known to have a voice that carries well, room designs and structural elements may change the demographics of a room. As a general rule any rooms with a seating capacity of more than 30 people should have a microphone system available. A back up microphone is also recommended. The preferred style of microphone should be cordless if possible and even better hands free.
Flip Charts / Miscellaneous
Although used more for training sessions please make a flip chart available for presentations with attendance under 40 people. Different colour markers should also be available.
A small side table is requested either on stage or close to the presentation area for any presentation materials that Bruce may have in order to complete his presentation. One to two bottles of room temperature water is also suggested.
A table and chair at the rear of the room or by the exit should be setup for product sales or product placement for attendants wanting to purchase merchandise after the presentation. Please make at least fifteen minutes available for additional questions, product sales, etc.
